Today I watched fashionista804's video on her favorite fall MAC lipsticks and of course she included many shades of red. My favorite red lips for fall are are deep, wine colored, dark reds. I love the simplicity of being able to wear the lipstick on it's own sans eye makeup and still look polished and put together.
The beauty of the red lipstick trend is that you don't need to spend $14-16 to achieve this look. I picked up a Wet n Wild Mega Last lipstick shade in 918D Cherry Bomb.
I love that this lipstick is very pigmented and for $1.99 it's a steal. The only con I have about it is that it can be very drying but that is easily fixable by slathering on chapstick before applying or wearing a gloss over it.
